Since opening its first store in Tirana, Albania in 2017, Well has continued to provide more value, wider selection, and enhanced service. Now, nationally Well operates 12 stores, seven in the capital city of Tirana, and 5 in the cities of Durres, Elbasan, Korca, Fier, and Lushnje. Well recruits approximately 210 talented people, with a large representation of female employees. The product offering extends to 5 big categories: Care, Beauty, Household, Baby, and Additional assortment.
Well aims to become present in all the cities of Albania in order to allow every customer to shop more closely with us and to ensure that we give the opportunity to a wide pool of talented people to work with us.
